In 1981, villagers in Liuguanzhuang Town began learning plastic processing techniques from others, starting with simple secondary processing. By 1984, Liuguanzhuang Town had acquired its own plastic film blowing machines. From then on, this industry started to grow and expand in Liuguanzhuang Town. After more than forty years of development, it has now become the largest industrial distribution center for plastic film blowing products in northern China. A complete industry chain has been formed, covering raw material supply, finished product production/sales, and processing machinery manufacturing.
